The audience soon finds something strange on the pattern of the clock. You will find that there is a 'wrong' color in the pattern. Some of the compartments in each pattern were deliberately adjusted to be subtly different from the others in terms of chroma and brightness. The audience feels visually discomfortable while discovering this kind of errors.
I attempted to reveal the realm of the gap between visually beautiful / pleasing and visually uncomfortable. As an example of many cases, the artwork brings the audience to the experience of discovering the realm of the gap between beauty and discomfort.



시계의 무늬에서 관객은 곧 이상한 점을 느끼게 된다. 무늬 중 일부분의 색이 ‘틀렸다’는 사실을 발견할 것이다. 각 무늬 속 일부 칸들은 채도와 명도가 다른 칸들과 미묘한 차이를 갖도록 의도적으로 조정되었다. 관객은 이러한 오류를 발견하는 과정을 통해 시각적 불편함을 느끼게 된다.
작가는 시각적으로 아름답고 기분 좋은 것과 시각적으로 불편한 것 사이의 영역을 짚어보고자 시도하였다. 이 작업은 수많은 경우 중 하나의 예시로써 아름다운 것과 불편한 것 사이의 영역을 포착하게 하는 경험을 제공한다.


观众很快就会发现时钟的图案有些奇怪。会发现图案中有‘错误’的颜色。每种图案中的一些格子被刻意调整，使其在色彩和亮度上与其他格子略有不同。观众在发现这些错误的过程中，会感到视觉上的不舒服。我试图指出视觉上的美感和愉悦与视觉上的不适之间的差距。在许多案例中，该作品给观众提供了一种发现美与不适之间的体验。
