영혼의 수련, 2021

Life is not a feast of material things, but a training of the soul. You face emotions that you dare not touch, and slowly communicate them to yourself in a way that makes them your own. After being stagnated by emotions, I realized that I had not failed, just that I had not yet succeeded. Let’s move onwards together with a heart that supports each other.



인생이란 물질의 향연이 아니라, 영혼의 수련과도 같다. 감히 자신이 건드릴 수 없는 감정과 맞닥뜨리고, 이를 자신의 것으로 만드는 방법으로 천천히 온전한 자신에게 전달한다. 감정에 의해 침체된 후 나는 실패 하지 않았고, 그저 아직 성공하지 않았음을 깨달았다. 서로를 응원하는 마음으로 함께 나아가 보자.


人生不是一場物質的盛宴，而是一場靈魂的修練。
感受那些自己不敢觸碰的情緒，然後，再將它消化成自己可以接受的方式，慢慢地回饋給自己。
沉澱過後，發現我不失敗，只是我還未成功。共勉之 。
