Ballet, 2020

I was inspired by the ballet performance. Ballet dancers ran round and round to the the music. Looking at the nimble movement and pretty skirt hem from a distance, I thought it looked like a beautiful flower in full bloom. The ballerina's dance-in-law is elegant and feminine, but nimble. I had a desire to turn their wounds into strength. They have the ability to bring shadows to under sun. I never intended to hide the wounds or scars. Scars from practice are the evidences of imperfection and weaknesse. Ballet is also a metaphor for adaptability. Through this form of art, we can find that when the legs are weak, the body and mind are tested. Ballet is a constant evolutionary process. It's a battle between falling and getting up again.



발레 공연에서 영감을 받았다. 발레 무용수는 음악 아래에서 빙글빙글 뛰었다. 날렵한 몸집과 예쁜 치맛자락을 멀리서 바라보니, 활짝 핀 아름다운 꽃송이처럼 보였다. 발레리나의 춤사위는 우아하고 여성스럽지만 순발력이 있다. 나는 그들이 가진 상처를 힘으로 바꾸고 싶었다. 그들은 그림자를 햇빛에 둘 능력을 갖추고 있다. 그 흔적이나 흉터를 감추려 한 게 아니다. 연습의 흔적은 불완전함과 취약함의 증명이다. 발레는 적응력의 은유이기도 하다. 이 예술에서는 다리에 힘이 없을 때, 몸과 마음을 시험한다는 것을 발견할 수 있다. 발레는 끊임없는 진화의 과정이다. 넘어지는 것과 다시 일어나는 것 사이의 싸움이다.


从芭蕾表演中获得了灵感。芭蕾舞演员在音乐下婆娑起舞。从远处看小巧玲珑的身躯和漂亮的裙摆，就像一朵盛开的美丽的花。那位芭蕾舞演员的舞姿优雅而有女人味，但具有爆发力。我渴望把他们的伤口变成力量。他们有能力把阴影带到阳光下。并不是想要隐藏他们的痕迹或伤疤。练习的痕迹是不完善、软弱的表现。芭蕾也是适应性的隐喻。通过这种形式的艺术，我们可以发现，当你的腿无力的时候，是对身心的考验。芭蕾是一个不断进化的过程。是一场跌倒和重新站起来的争斗。
