Reality is Not a Fairy Tale, 2020

The world looks different depending on the eyes.
My world reflects my emotions. I've realized that the world I am living in is not as beautiful as I thought. The world of adults that I looked at as a child was wonderful and was like a fairy tale, but the world of adults I am living now is like a cruel tale, hidden original of a fairy tale. There are times I feel sad about the cruelty, but I tried to show my will that I would never give in through my design . 


세상은 누구의 시선으로 바라보는가에 따라 달라진다. 어떠한 감정으로 보는지도 나의 세상을 좌우한다. 내가 지금 바라보는 세상은 생각보다 아름답지만은 않다는 것을 깨달았다. 어린 시절 나의 시선으로 바라보던 어른의 세상은 멋있었고 마치 동화 속 같은 화려한 세상이었지만 지금 내가 보는 어른의 세상이라는 것은 마치 동화 속의 숨겨진 원작 같은 잔혹한 세상 같다. 그 잔혹한 모습에 슬퍼질 때도 있지만, 그것에 나는 굴하지 않겠다는 반항심을 디자인에 담아 표현해 보았다.


世界的不同，取决于我们的视线。我的世界反映在我的情绪上。我意识到世界并不像我想象的那么美好。我小时候看到的成年人的世界是美好的，就像一个童话，但我现在作为成年人的世界是一个残酷的故事，就像隐藏的原始童话。有时我对这种残忍感到悲哀，但我试图通过设计表现出我的绝不会屈服的叛逆。
