Resilience refers to the strength to hit the floor and rise from the bottom of life, the ability to bounce back firmly even if it falls to the bottom, or the strength of the mind.

Resilience is the strength to jump higher overcoming large and small hardships, trials and failures, as a stepping stone for leaping forward. Depending on how we think and perceive an unfortunate event or adversity, we are at the crossroads of being unhappy or happy. By building the habit of accepting the world in a positive way, we could prevent over-consuming emotional energy that occurred by perceiving any situation negatively. Resilience is surprisingly improved in that it can be more usefully used for concentration for problem-solving. These days, we are facing hard times but we shouldn’t give up and keep thinking in a positive way to overcome this difficult situation together.
