We always live with the pressure to choose something and get into groups. 'Truth or consequences' is a project that started with the dystopian thinking about 'those who chose to be sperated a way from society', and started with a curiosity about 'Is it possible for an individual originality to exist in modern society?'
Numerous information and ideas accumulated in an informationrich society has determined an individual's identity and served as a criterion for distinguishing and judging one another. Numerous societies, cultures, and ideas are settled in thoughts from an early age and determine the way we think and act. This allows us to act and speak, while at the same time making us unable to do anything without it.
By reinterpreting these situations, the creepy images shown from the 3D modeled faces were described in various forms and a deconstructionist element that implies rebellion against collective thinking was added to show the uniqueness of each costume.



우리는 항상 어떤 것을 선택하고 그 집단 안에 들어가야만 하는 압박감을 내재한 채 살고 있다. ‘truth or consequences’는 사회로부터‘ 떨어져 나오기를 선택한 인간’에 대한 디스토피아적 사고에서 출발하여, ‘현대사회 속 개인의 오리지널리티는 과연 존재할 수 있을까?’에 대한 궁금증으로 시작한 프로젝트이다.
정보가 넘치는 사회에서 머릿속에 쌓아온 수많은 정보와 관념은 개인의 정체성을 정하며, 타인과 나를 나누고 서로를 판단하는 기준이 되기도 한다. 수많은 사회와 문화와 사람들의 관념은 어릴 때부터 내 머릿속에 자리를 잡고 들어와 나라는 사람이 사고하는 방식과 행동하는 양식을 정한다. 이것은 우리를 행동하게 하며 말할 수 있게 하는 동시에 이것 없이는 어떠한 행위도 할 수 없게 한다.
이러한 상황들을 재해석하여 3D 모델링 된 얼굴들로부터 퍼져나오는 크리피한 이미지들을 여러 형태로 표현하고, 집단적 사고에 대한 반항을 내포하는 해체주의적 요소를 넣어, 의상 하나하나의 독자적 단일함을 나타내었다.


我们一直生活在一种压迫感中，即，我们必须选择某一件事，并进入该集体。“truth or consequences” 从对“选择脱离社会的人”的反社会思想开始，“现代社会中的个人的独创性”能否存在？这是出于对“我是谁?”的好奇心而开始的作品。
在信息丰富的社会中，积累在脑海中的众多信息和观念将决定一个人的身份，并成为与他人分享、相互判断的标准。无数的社会、文化和人们的观念从小就在我的脑海中形成下来，规定我们的思考方式和行动方式。这使我们能够行动起来，而且使我们不能不这样做。
将这些情况进行了重新解释，以多种形式表现出从3D模特儿脸上散发出来的创意形象，并加入了反抗集体思考的解体主义因素，表现出了服装的一个个独一无二的单一感。
