体重的枷锁, 2021

Women in society these days still strive to become skinny. Dignity is the standard of beauty, and fat-shaming is still a big problem. Shorter, tighter, and even clothes of the same size as children's clothes spread like fashion, causing people to worry about their body shape. This is becoming a thicker shackle for us, such as calculating calories before eating, feeling psychological burden after eating, and reacting sensitively to changes in body weight. Will there ever be a day when people bound by these shackles can break free and accept themselves as they are? I hope it's possible. 


요즘 사회의 여성들은 여전히 마른 몸매를 향한 발걸음을 멈추지 않는다. 마름이 미의 기준이 되고 뚱뚱한 사람들에 대한 비웃음은 여전히 큰 문제로 자리 잡고 있다. 더욱더 짧고 더욱 타이트하며 심지어 아동복과 같은 사이즈의 옷이 유행처럼 번져 사람들로 하여금 자신의 몸매에 대한 근심과 걱정을 하게 만든다. 음식을 먹기 전에 열량부터 계산을 하고, 음식을 먹은 후 심리적인 부담감을 느끼고, 체중의 변화에 민감하게 반응하는 등 이는 우리에게 더욱더 두꺼운 족쇄가 되어가고 있다. 과연 이러한 족쇄에 얽매인 사람들이 언젠가 그 족쇄를 벗어나 완벽하지 않은 자기 자신을 그대로 받아들일 수 있는 날이 올까? 가능했으면 좋겠다.


当今社会的女生依然没有停下对瘦追求的脚步。以瘦为美，对胖人穿衣的嘲笑仍然是广为存在的问题。越短越紧身，甚至堪比童装尺码的衣服的流行，更是加剧了人们对于自己身材的焦虑。享受美食前的热量计算，吃后的心理负担，体重的增减变化等，给我们套上了一层又一层的枷锁。而被束缚住的人真的有一天能摆脱枷锁，接纳自己的不完美吗？我希望可以。
