We should have our own thoughts and should not unconditionally follow our parents' words. I want to escape from these traditional ideas.

Since
I was young, my parents have taught me to yield to my younger brother first,
and said that not doing so is immature. From then on, I wondered, "Why do
I have to yield to my younger brother unconditionally?" We should have our
own thoughts and should not unconditionally follow our parents' words. I want
to escape from these traditional ideas.
어렸을 때부터 부모님은 어떤 일이든 먼저 동생에게 양보하라고 가르쳤고 양보하지 않는 것은 철이 없다는 것이라고 말씀하셨다. 그때부터 나는 “왜 무조건 동생에게 양보를 해야 하는 거지?”라는 의문을 품게 되었다. 우리는 자신만의 생각을 가져야 하며 부모의 말에 무조건적으로 따라서는 안 된다. 나는 이러한 전통적인 사상으로부터 벗어나고 싶다.
从小到大父母就教育我 不管做什么事都要谦让弟弟，不谦让就代表不懂事. 这也成了我一直以来的困扰，“为什么要无条地谦让呢？”我们每个人都需要有自己的思想，而不是一味的听从父母的话。面对这种传统思想的观念，我想从中摆脱出来。
